You can return the products you want within 14 calendar days of receiving the order and we will issue a refund after evaluating the cause of the return and the condition of the product.
If you have changed your mind about your order or have had a mishap in doing so, don't worry! You can return products that must be in the same state in which you received them, that is, closed and in their original packaging within 14 days from the time of order. Remember that if it is a pack, you will not be able to return only some of the products, but the entire pack.
However, as required by current law (Article 16 lit. and DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011) we do not accept returns and we do not refund customized products at the request of the Customer, nor products opened or unsealed by the Customer and therefore cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as cosmetics).
As soon as we receive your products, we will check their status and contact you to proceed with the refund. GARIGHE Cosmetics will take care of returning the full amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order - according to the provisions of GEO 34/2014.

In the event that the product is defective or does not coincide with the description, we will collect the products and / or replace them, taking on all the costs involved.
